Car repairs? - They don't have to take forever!

Car dealers around the world can use the clients Intranet/Extranet and the Internet to search in the system for Product and Measures Management Aftersales for solutions to their problems. If no information is available in the system, the problem is passed on to the responsible sales and marketing company for them to handle.

Via the system, the sales and marketing company answers the requests by making vehicle-related recommendations for a specific dealer or through general measures, which are released online for all dealers and therefore have a preventative effect. Measures for complex problems can be made available via this system by the head office for the sales and marketing companies.
